To help you prepare for your trip, talk to someone who has lived in Buenos Aires and knows the city & the customs and will tell you not only how to better prepare for your trip, the best places to see & eat, but also essential safety tips to ensure a pleasant stay.  Buenos Aires is a huge city and, as such, the more prepared you are and the more information you can gather, the more successful your stay.
